(Unfinished)
This project creates a narrative between the decomposition of human-made technology and biological life-forms. The intersectional relationship of trains and cars with animals is undeniable, and this project pushes this narrative to the forefront of the viewer’s consciousness.
As humans make continuous technological advances, nature is pushed further and further into extinction. The Earth has been in the midst of its’ third mass extinction since the beginning of time, and no one seems to be aware. Roadkill is one of the most simple everyday examples of our effects on the environment around us.
By formulating a narrative between the two forms, technological decomposition, and biological decomposition, viewers will question the everyday creatures they may encounter and the more significant carbon imprint they leave behind.
